Find a Volunteer Replacement

  1. Click the button below, log into your account, and scroll down to select your ministry team.
  2. Next, click on the chat icon and click Send Email. You can then select the Replacement NEEDED template and fill in the necessary blanks.
  3. Click the blue Send Email button to send the request to your team. Each person will receive an individual email and can reply directly to you.

Confirm Your Replacement

  1. Once you receive an email from another volunteer willing to trade with you, click the button below and scroll down to select your ministry team.
  2. Click the chat button and select Send Email. This time, select the Replacement FOUND template and fill in the blanks.
  3. Click the blue Send Email button to send and notify your team and ministry leaders that the spot has been filled.
